What is Neighborhood Goods? Neighborhood Goods Review, Features

Neighborhood Goods is a direct-to-consumer department store, a “new kind of department store” that’s attempting to disrupt the retail status quo.

About Neighborhood Goods

Founded in 2018, Neighborhood Goods provides physical retail space for DTC brands that started online. However, unlike traditional department stores, the brands can use the retail space flexibly and are free to decide how and when to use it. For example, a startup may use the space to carry out fun activities to attract new customers, while another startup may use it to showcase new products.

FAQ

Q: Can I order online?

A: Absolutely, you can always buy products from our 100+ brands online (some products are only available in-store for various reasons).

Q:Where do you ship? How much does it cost?

A: We offer free domestic shipping to US destinations.

Q: Can I order same-day delivery?

A: Yes. We offer same-day delivery via Postmates to our traditional West and South Congress locations from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.

Since inventory varies between locations, there's no guarantee that your full order will qualify, however, it can be very convenient to get an item or two.
