However, according to the IPO details page of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange , Zhiou's IPO was "suspended" on September 30, which also triggered various speculations from the outside world about the suspension of Zhiou's listing.
On June 29, 2021, the ChiNext IPO of Zhiou Home Furnishing Technology Co., Ltd. showed "accepted", and on July 17, "inquiry has been made", and everything went smoothly. However, the suspension of the IPO on September 30 temporarily interrupted the capitalization process of this home furnishing giant. Perhaps because of the previous case of Saiwei's second suspension, Zhiou's suspension also attracted attention.
The reason for the suspension, according to disclosed information, is that the financial information recorded in the Zhiou PO application documents on September 30 has expired and needs to be supplemented and submitted. This has also been confirmed by the relevant person in charge of Zhiou, who stated that it was a normal suspension and that the semi-annual report is being submitted .
Although this home furnishing giant has not yet released its semi-annual report, it has achieved great results in terms of overall revenue last year. In 2020, Zhiou's revenue was nearly 4 billion, with an annual compound growth rate of 57.80%. Its sales markets mainly include Europe, North America, Japan and other countries and regions. Among them, sales revenue in North America reached 599.4504 million yuan, 930.5721 million yuan and 1545.1051 million yuan respectively, accounting for 37.60%, 40.07% and 38.94% of the main business income in each period.
Zhiou is headquartered in Zhengzhou and is mainly engaged in the research and development, design and sales of its own-brand home furnishings, including home furnishings, furniture, pets and garden supplies. Its three own-brands, SONGMICS, FEANDREA and VASAGLE, are sold well around the world through platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
As we all know, at present, my country's cross-border e-commerce is mainly concentrated in coastal cities, mainly in Guangdong and Shanghai, and the same is true for the flow of e-commerce talents.
