The seller, named "Eagle," said their on-time delivery rate had dropped below 97%. The seller discovered the problem while browsing the report, and found that 59 of the 128 delayed deliveries recorded by Amazon were actually delivered on time, and it was clear on the Amazon order page that the product was delivered within the promised date range. Eagle also said that although Amazon did not specify what kind of punishment would be imposed if the on-time delivery rate was lower than 97%, it has been proven that a low on-time delivery rate would damage the seller's chances of winning the gold shopping cart and have a certain impact on normal operations.
