AUKEY International was established in Hamburg, Germany in 2005. It is a transnational e-commerce company with foreign trade B2C e-commerce operation as its core business. After more than ten years of practice and operation, AUKEY e-commerce has transformed from traditional foreign trade to foreign trade e-commerce, and then to the layout of its own B2C platform in small languages, avoiding the highly competitive market environment and achieving steady development. English name composition

AUKEY is a combination of 'AU' and 'KEY'. 'AU' means gold and 'KEY' means key. AUKEY means the cornerstone of pride in Chinese. We hope that AUKEY, as a Chinese brand, can become the cornerstone of pride for the Chinese people in the future and lead Chinese brands to the world.


About Aoji

Shenzhen Aoji E-commerce Co., Ltd. is the global business headquarters of Aoji International. It was listed on the New Third Board in November 2015 and became the first cross-border e-commerce company directly listed in China, with the stock code 834206. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen South China City, where trade and logistics are developed. It currently has branches in Hong Kong, Changchun, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Yiwu, the United States, and the Netherlands, with a staff size of more than 2,000 people.

The company's business development involves multiple e-commerce platforms. Development History

-In 2005, the founder registered the company in Germany and transformed from traditional foreign trade to foreign trade e-commerce.

-In 2009, he returned to China and set up a team in Shenzhen, which won the first place in annual sales in eBay China, with an annual transaction volume of nearly 100 million yuan; at the same time, he set up a website development and ERP development technical team, and increased the development and layout of the company's own B2C platform in foreign languages.

-In 2010, the company was registered in Shenzhen. The strategic focus was officially shifted from eBay to its own platform. The sales volume in the German market jumped to the first place, and the French and English websites as well as Italian, Spanish and Portuguese minority language websites were launched.

-In 2013, the company sprinted to be listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) and completed its B round of financing.

-In 2014, we established our own brand AUKEY and completed our B round of financing.

-In 2015, it was listed on the New Third Board, becoming the first cross-border e-commerce company to be directly listed in China.

-In 2016, net profit exceeded 100 million yuan for the first time and a new round of financing was completed.
