ldGlobalService provides services for third-party logistics companies and overseas warehouses (including self-owned and third-party overseas warehouses) that provide FBA logistics services.

  • Automatically capture orders from e-commerce platforms such as Amazon/EBay/Walmart/Shopify/Overstock/Wayfair. Non-platform orders can be quickly imported into EXCEL;
  • After grabbing the order, it automatically picks the goods according to the picking rules and reminds you of out-of-stock/abnormal orders;
  • Platform SKU and inventory SKU support one-to-one, one-to-many, and many-to-one relationship binding;
  • Express delivery channels, services, warehouses, etc. support custom binding, accurately parse platform order content, and generate system orders;
  • The order management interface can be customized and optimized according to your own work content and habits;
  • The system provides various APIs to support docking with external systems;
  • The customer subsystem can configure the order API independently, fetch orders, check freight, and print labels by itself. The main system can directly generate a picking list, pick and ship goods;

3. Order placing, picking, delivery and return management

  • Supports multi-channel, multi-account, and multi-service freight rate comparison;
  • Supports mainstream channels such as UPS, Fedex, DHL, DPD, etc.
  • Supports batch printing, combined printing, and printing in the order of picking lists for express delivery labels;
  • After delivery, the goods are automatically tracked and problematic items are automatically marked;
  • Return and relabel, repackaging, label change, abandoned goods, and shelf management;
  • Quick warehouse registration of unclaimed goods;
  • Unclaimed goods: The subsystem customer claims the goods on his own, and the main system marks the goods as claimed;

  • The subsystem places orders autonomously and entrusts the delivery of goods. Note the operation requirements;
