Q: How will I get a refund for a cancelled order? A: For post-payment (cash on delivery or credit) orders, the cancellation fee (if any) will be applied to your next purchase. For pre-payment orders (paid online), upon cancellation, your remaining balance will be refunded to you via the same payment method you used for the transaction.
