On rejection of delivery, please contact our customer service immediately and inform the same. We will help you find an alternative solution - ship a replacement or cancel the order. Q: How will I get a refund for a cancelled order? A: For post-payment (cash on delivery or credit) orders, the cancellation fee (if any) will be applied to your next purchase. For pre-payment orders (paid online), upon cancellation, your remaining balance will be refunded to you via the same payment method you used for the transaction.
