Second-hand fashion is popular! Zalando expands online store Zircle to Nordic countries

European online retail platform Zalando has expanded its second-hand fashion platform Zircle to Scandinavia, and now customers in Sweden and Denmark can also purchase second-hand fashion through the online platform.

Zircle is committed to providing consumers with a platform to purchase quality second-hand fashion products. Headquartered in Berlin, Germany, Zalando has served customers in 17 countries and regions.

Zalando has more than 3,000 brands of product categories. On the Zalando online platform in Denmark and Sweden, customers can buy more than 100,000 fashion products from well-known brands around the world. Previously, Zalando planned to have more than 50 million fashion products on the platform by 2023, and the further expansion of the Zircle platform is seen as the key to the success of this plan.

Zircle fully responds to the needs of Nordic consumers and provides customers with a convenient second-hand fashion shopping experience. In a company media statement last month, Zalando released a survey showing that about half of Danish and Swedish customers would consider buying second-hand fashion in the next six months, precisely because the Zalando platform can provide customers with "good-looking, comfortable and convenient fashion."

Zircle was launched in Berlin, Germany in 2019. For its parent company Zalando, the platform has a certain testing significance. By optimizing the Zircle platform, Zalando can also better understand how to provide customers with a better shopping experience for second-hand fashion products based on feedback, how to improve service quality, and further achieve the parent company's improvement goals and increase its global influence.

Last year, the Zircle fashion retail platform has integrated second-hand fashion goods in outlets in Germany, Spain, Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Poland. The various brands on the Zircle platform mainly include all the brands that can be provided on Zalando, as well as other niche brands that fashion stores currently cannot provide, increasing the choices of platform users.

Zalando director Mareike Hummel said in a press release that over the past two years, Zircle has been launched in Germany and expanded throughout the European market. The company has collected a lot of customer feedback as experience to improve customers' online shopping experience.
