What is Tamara Mellon? Tamara Mellon Review, Features

Tamara Mellon is a British footwear brand founded in 2011.

About Tamara Mellon

Tamara Mellon, the founder of Tamara Mellon, started working as an accessories editor at the British version of Vogue in 1990. She dealt with shoes and handbags at the forefront of fashion every day. One day in 1996, she walked into the shoemaking workshop of Jimmy Choo, a London handmade custom shoemaker, and then co-founded the Jimmy Choo brand with the Asian with 250,000 pounds invested by her father Tom Yeardye. As the founder of the brand, Tamara Mellon was mainly responsible for working capital and production management. In November 2011, Tamara Mellon announced her withdrawal from the Jimmy Choo brand and established her own brand of the same name in the same year.

FAQ

Q: What size should I order?

A: Our shoes are true to US sizing and are based on a medium width foot. We recommend ordering a US shoe size unless otherwise specified. Since Tamara is the co-founder and fit model for Jimmy Choo, our fit is closest to Jimmy Choo. Tamara is also our fit model. Additionally, our liaison team tests all of our shoes and they are happy to advise you on any additional questions you may have.

Q: How do digital gift cards work?

A: Digital gift cards are issued in the form of a digital code that can be treated like cash on our website and can be used in conjunction with other payment methods. After purchasing a digital gift card, it will be emailed to the purchaser, who can forward the email to the recipient. When an order paid for with a digital gift card is returned, the refund for that item will be returned to the same digital gift card code for reuse. Digital gift card orders are non-refundable.

Q: How do I return or exchange shoes?

A: To return your online order, you will need your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the exchange process. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email you received, on your shipment invoice, or by contacting our customer service team.

Q: How can I get free repairs?

A: Every pair of shoes purchased from Tamara Mellon comes with our first-of-its-kind complimentary Shoemaker Concierge Service, which guarantees repairs for up to two years from the date of purchase. Terms and conditions apply. This service is currently only available to our US customers. For questions on whether your repair is covered, please contact the contact team and provide images of the damage: [email protected].
