Q: Where does Wild One ship?

A: Wild One ships throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Domestic orders over $60 qualify for free shipping. We also ship internationally to any location reachable by major carriers. International shipments are not eligible for free shipping and are subject to applicable import fees.

Q: How much is the shipping cost?

A: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $60! Under $60, our standard shipping rate is a flat fee of $5 for domestic orders. Need it sooner? We got you. Just select $20 Jog (2-3 business days) for domestic orders at checkout.

Q: When can I receive my order?

A: We offer three shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Walk-In: 5-10 business days - Free on orders $5 or over $60

Jogging: 2-3 business days - $20

A: If you are an international customer, your order will arrive to your destination country within 2-3 business days. However, once it arrives, it may be held in customs for an unknown period of time.
