Better than ChatGPT? Amazon may provide sellers with official AI tools

When ChatGPT became popular some time ago , many big sellers joined in and said they had connected to the ChatGPT port and planned to apply the tool to all aspects of their business.

Judging from the feedback from most sellers, ChatGPT can indeed help in certain aspects, such as optimizing listings and handling some customer service work.

Some sellers even combine ChatGPT and Midjourney to generate product images with one click, which saves the workload of product photography and design. Some sellers estimate that if ChatGPT can be fully applied in work, it is not a problem to save hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.

However, tools like ChatGPT and Midjourney still have some usage barriers, and it will take a while for novices to get started.

However, there is a real need for such tools among the millions of sellers on the Amazon platform. Based on this, Amazon decided to launch its own AI tools to help sellers further reduce costs and increase efficiency.

It is understood that Amazon is recently setting up its own artificial intelligence team, hoping to compete with Microsoft and Google in this field. According to Amazon, the artificial intelligence products developed by the team will be mainly used to help sellers generate pictures and video materials required for advertising.

Amazon is also exploring the possibility of using artificial intelligence tools to write five-point product descriptions.

Currently, Amazon has given the highest priority to this business because it lags behind technology companies such as Microsoft and Google in the field of artificial intelligence.

Microsoft is already testing the possibility of placing AI ads through Bing chat software. If Amazon wants to get a piece of the pie in the field of artificial intelligence, it must catch up.

From the seller's perspective, if Amazon can launch an official AI tool, it will greatly improve operational efficiency. Compared with the external ChatGPT port, it will undoubtedly be more convenient to directly use Amazon's official tool.

In the future, if Amazon's AI capabilities can be fully implemented, it will be a huge benefit to large sellers with a large number of employees. Not to mention how much revenue AI tools can increase, it can play a huge role just in improving labor efficiency and reducing costs.

Of course, small and medium-sized sellers will also benefit from this. By using AI tools to create advertising materials, operational efficiency will be further improved, and they can focus more on product selection or long-term product planning.
