eBay launches new features to help sellers promote their products

eBay 's latest advertising feature, Advanced BETA, is a CPC (cost per click)-based promoted listing, which is also a common advertising form for search engines such as Google. eBay also announced a series of new promoted listing advanced beta features designed to help sellers improve efficiency and drive sales .

 

Insights into monthly search volume for suggested keywords : Sellers can see how many times buyers have searched for suggested keywords in the past 30 days. This enhancement gives sellers more insight into keyword competitiveness and search volume .

 

Batch download campaign reports: Sellers can save time by using the "Reports" option to download reports for the Promoted Listings Advanced BETA campaigns. This feature allows reports for multiple campaigns to be downloaded at once . These batch reports are available for all of your Promoted Listings Advanced Keywords , Listings, and Search Query report types.

 

New Negative Keywords tab : Negative keywords will now appear on a separate tab when setting keyword bids . And , because they are words that sellers want to prevent their ads from appearing, negative keywords do not require bids, which means that when customers search for the words that sellers have added as negative keywords , Premium ads will not be able to show.

 

Negative keyword counts: Sellers can see how many negative keywords are in each ad group on the campaign overview page . This additional information gives sellers an early understanding of the entire campaign, making it easier to ensure content is published .

 

Expanded keyword viewing area: eBay has increased the viewing area in the "Select Your Keywords" section to display more keywords at a time, and scrolling through keyword bids is now more automatic. These enhancements can help sellers save time evaluating keywords and setting competitive bids.

 

Hide zero quantity or out-of-stock items: Sellers no longer need to add out-of-stock products when creating ad groups .

 

Listing count summary: When you add a listing to an ad group, you can see how many listings match. This additional information can help narrow down the listings, making it easier to build an effective ad group.

 

Filter listings by store category: You can use the category structure to find listings and create campaigns, grouping similar listings together and being able to target them with the same keywords and bids.

 

The introduction of new features will also help sellers arrange promotional activities more conveniently and efficiently.
