Amazon is doing something! 5% of sales will be returned to sellers

It is understood that Amazon Logistics (FBA) recently launched a preferential plan for new product warehousing , including five major preferential plans including Amazon product promotion advertising discounts, free warehousing, free removal, free return processing and carrier warehousing transportation discounts .

In addition, according to the content released by Amazon Global Store, for parent ASINs that meet the requirements , Amazon will return 5% of sales and will directly deduct the Amazon Logistics (FBA) fees on a monthly basis .

However, sellers should note that there are still some differences in the applicable terms of preferential policies for products of different sizes and categories . For example , within 90 days , for large and standard products that meet the requirements of the plan , the maximum discount that each parent ASIN can enjoy is different, which is a 5% sales rebate for 30 and 50 items respectively .

For clothing and footwear products that meet the requirements of the program, each parent ASIN can enjoy a 5% sales rebate on up to 100 items within 120 days , but the program is not currently available on all Amazon sites. It is reported that the program is currently only available to sellers who have completed Amazon brand registration in the United States, Japan, Europe (Germany , France , Spain , Italy ) and the United Kingdom.

This benefit has not yet been launched . Judging from the content published, it will be announced in the first quarter of this year . Amazon recommends that sellers who have not completed brand registration take early action. In addition, the exemption period for FBA and monthly storage fees is 3 months, and the exemption period for inventory removal fees is 6 months.

It is understood that Amazon’s above-mentioned preferential measures will also be announced in the first quarter of 2022, and will cover multiple sites including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, France , etc.

As the Spring Festival approaches, Amazon sellers are still facing many unresolved issues, but in the new year, everyone must have started planning for the next step. At the same time, sellers should also pay more attention to some new policies announced by Amazon and strive for more rights for themselves in a timely manner.
