Yesterday, Amazon US released a new announcement that it will launch a new A+ support feature to help sellers easily operate stores and increase sales.
Amazon said that sellers can share product stories using the new A+ Brand Story feature to make them stand out from the competition and strengthen the connection between buyers and sellers. With this new feature, sellers can use engaging visual content in a dedicated slot on the detail page called "From the Brand" to highlight elements of the brand story separately from product features.
Using the A+ Brand Stories feature, sellers can increase sales by 5% by adding images and text to 5-7 different content modules that will render detail pages in the “Product Description” section and highlight your brand elements and product-level features .
With this new feature, sellers can highlight key elements of brands and products without reusing any existing A+ modules. Amazon has created a dedicated slot for sellers on the detail page called "From the Brand" to help sellers separate from product features. Sellers can simply set up a single version of brand-centric content and publish it to all ASINs within the seller's brand, keeping rich content in the product description section of the detail page for product-level supplementary feature information.
Amazon emphasizes that this feature is designed to be an immersive carousel-based module to help buyers understand the seller's brand. Sellers can easily add a unique background image and then apply up to 19 cards/content blocks using four pre-formatted layouts , one of which will provide a way to link back to the seller's brand store. In addition to this, the module is device responsive to provide an optimized experience on desktop and mobile devices.
Many sellers also said that this tool is very convenient and can help their products get more exposure and increase product sales. The new function can also effectively help sellers change the traditional sales form of distributing goods and move towards brand-integrated business development.
