Browze is affiliated to Daily Grabs Inc., which was founded in November 2012 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada. It launched the cross-border e-commerce platform Browze in 2015. The platform began to recruit merchants in China in the second half of 2016. Currently, the platform focuses on operating personal consumer goods, especially for individual or corporate sellers who have opened stores on AliExpress and Wish. Sellers opening stores 1. Entry requirements It is aimed at sellers who have already opened stores on AliExpress and Wish, have generated orders and have high ratings. 2. Store opening process (1) Seller backend portal https://browze.com/seller/, log in/register. (2) Fill in the AliExpress or Wish store address of the products to be imported and the Payoneer account for receiving payments. 3. Upload products (1) Upload products one by one: Please click the Add New Product button, then add pictures and set the main picture: To set up a sub-SKU: (2) Upload products in batches: Log in to the settings page, fill in the URL of the AliExpress store or other store, the platform system exports the AliExpress store products as a CSV file and emails it to the seller. The seller modifies the SKU ID, sub-SKU ID, price and other information in the CSV file, uploads it, and emails it to the Browze staff, who imports the CSV file into the seller's store. 4. Set shipping costs It is recommended that all orders use a logistics method with tracking and delivery information. Note: The system uses the delivery information to automatically generate bills. If there is no tracking and delivery information, the bill will be generated and paid 90 days after delivery. It is recommended to use E-Packet for orders sent to the United States, and the shipping fee is set according to the country dimension. 5. Delivery The goods will be shipped within 7 days after the order is generated using a logistics method with tracking information and delivery confirmation information, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled and the order amount will be returned to the buyer. 6. Payment The seller fills in the Payoneer account on the settings page, and Browze sends the Payoneer link to the seller. The seller clicks the link to authorize Browze to pay the seller through Payoneer. After the package has been delivered, Browze pays the seller through Payoneer every Thursday. If the payment amount is less than $20 (Payoneer's minimum payment amount limit), it will be combined into the next payment. 7. Return (Exchange) of Goods/Payment (1) If the buyer finds that the product is defective or damaged after receiving the goods, and confirms to the Browze platform within 30 days that the product is indeed defective, the buyer has the right to request a replacement or refund. If the buyer wishes to exchange the product, Browze will provide the seller with proof of product defect and the seller will need to re-ship the product; If the buyer wishes to refund, Browze will provide the seller with proof of product defect and deduct the corresponding amount from the seller's next order of the product. (2) If the buyer wants to return the product simply because he or she does not like the product and the product itself has no quality issues, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 30 days and the courier fee shall be borne by the buyer. After the product is confirmed to be returned, if the order has been paid to the seller, the payment will be deducted on the next settlement date. Advantages of Settlement 1. Browze does not charge commissions, marketing fees, or customer service fees. Browze will provide free digital marketing and customer resource support to sellers on the platform, and help sellers recommend products to buyers in a personalized manner. After sellers enter the Browze platform and upload products, Browze will promote different products and target markets through different digital channels, including Email, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Affiliate, App push, etc. All promotion costs are borne by the platform. What Browze does is to become a link between Chinese products and North American and European consumers. Chinese products are of high quality and low price, and price-sensitive buyers in North America and Europe are very welcome to Chinese products. 2. Free localized customer service. After joining this platform, Chinese sellers do not need to learn the culture, sales skills and after-sales service of the target sales country. They only need to be responsible for listing their own products. There are dedicated marketing experts to help you with seller support. Considering the time zone, language and cultural differences between Chinese sellers and buyers in the target market, the platform undertakes all pre-sales and after-sales communication with buyers. Sellers no longer need to set up a customer service team, stay up late to reply to Wangwang, and endure buyers' complaints of "I can't understand your English". Because of the localized services, North American and European buyers do not have to spend energy searching and learning about overseas product information. Localized services also make them more willing to buy overseas products. Browze Profit Model The biggest highlight of the Browze platform is the free marketing service and customer service for buyers. It does not charge commissions, and Browze's profit comes from selling products to buyers at a higher price. The price Browze pays to sellers is the retail price that other platforms can pay. For example, if a product is $10, the seller may only use a $1 postage service to save money, which will reduce the customer experience. However, Browze will pay the seller according to the logistics fee selected by the seller. If the product price is $10 and the seller chooses a $2 postage, then Browze will pay the seller $12, which will improve the customer experience. |
