Alibaba International Station joins hands with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Education to help 30,000 foreign trade talents find accurate employment

On October 8, the results of the first batch of Hangzhou e-commerce technician (level 3) professional skill level certification examinations were announced. Alibaba International Station undertook the relevant training and certification work, and the examination pass rate exceeded 95%. The reporter learned that the certificates obtained by candidates after passing the certification can be verified by the national network query system of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's Professional Skills Certification Center ; not only can they improve their employment competitiveness, but they can also enjoy a series of policy dividends such as receiving subsidies, rewards, extra points for settling down, and applying for public rental housing.

Data shows that China's foreign trade talent gap reaches 6.1 million . The industry is particularly short of talents in data-driven operations, customer operations, product selection analysis, and marketing promotion. Enterprises face the pain points of a limited range of offline talent options, low efficiency in online talent screening, and high employee turnover.

Yao Yuan, head of Alibaba International Station's talent project, told reporters that since the Ministry of Education confirmed the International Station as a training and evaluation organization for cross-border e-commerce B2B data operations talents last year , talent cultivation has become an important part of the International Station's digital service trade system .

Previously, Tsinghua University and the International Station released the first cross-border e-commerce talent standard certified by the Ministry of Education. Currently, 547 universities have joined the talent training program, and nearly 20,000 college graduates have obtained certificates through training and examinations and have successfully found employment.

Recently, in the "Hundred Days and Ten Million Online Recruitment" social talent training + employment activity launched by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security , Alibaba International Station undertook the "Foreign Trade Industry Recruitment" special session and has helped tens of thousands of foreign trade talents achieve accurate employment .
