The specific extension deadline will depend on the changes in the flood season.

 

2. Launch the "Credit Repair Plan": In response to consumer complaints or negative reviews caused by the inability to deliver products due to heavy rains in Henan, Taobao will make special arrangements for abnormal indicators such as the collection timeliness rate, return and refund time, dispute refund rate, and evaluation of these affected orders to minimize the impact of force majeure on the seller's continued operation.

 

3. MYbank launches deferred repayment coupons and interest-free coupons: MYbank issues one-month deferred repayment coupons to small and micro merchants, farmers and industrial belt customers in the disaster-stricken province of Henan Province . Repayment can be postponed for one month as needed for disaster relief and emergency response. The interest will be fully borne by MYbank. At the same time, 30-day interest-free coupons will be issued to credit loan merchants in the disaster-stricken areas. 4. Providing Alimama advertising coupons worth RMB 30 million: For Taobao merchants in the disaster-stricken areas of Henan, the platform provides Alimama advertising coupons worth a total of RMB 30 million to be used for merchants to resume store operations after the disaster.

 

5. The platform plans to invest 10 million in special marketing subsidies: Juhuasuan's 10 billion subsidies and daily special sales and other marketing columns will launch "Henan product special events" respectively to help the affected businesses restore their business to the greatest extent.

 

6.
