Amazon's purchase and delivery service has achieved three major upgrades

Recently, Amazon's "Buy Shipping" service has undergone three major upgrades, including the addition of two new stations in Mexico and the Netherlands, the addition of "Cloud Logistics" as a service carrier, and the automatic fulfillment of the IOSS process. Amazon's "Buy Shipping" service allows sellers to directly purchase the delivery service of logistics carriers. After purchase, the platform will automatically screen the options that meet the seller's requirements to ensure that their self-delivery orders comply with Amazon's delivery policy.

Previously, Amazon 's "Buy Shipping" coverage only involved the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and India. The addition of Mexico and the Netherlands means that sellers in Mexico and the Netherlands can also use the "Buy Shipping" service. The advantage of using this service is that if a buyer reports a delivery problem, the seller will be exempt from Amazon's transaction guarantee claim. Although the seller will still be responsible for the economic losses caused by the claim, the defect rate of the seller's order will not be affected.

If the expansion of the site brings equal benefits to sellers in the Mexican and Dutch markets, then the increase in carriers provides more options for all sellers. After the addition of Yuntu Logistics, Amazon's main carriers have become three companies including China Post and Yanwen Logistics. However, sellers should pay attention to whether the order amount meets the requirements of the carrier if they use this service. It is reported that the current upper limit of the order amount supported by the three logistics companies is US$800 for the US site , 20 Canadian dollars for the Canadian site, 135 for the UK site, 150 euros for the European site, and 50 US dollars for the Mexican site.

In addition to adding carriers, Amazon has also noticed the changes in the EU IOSS. In order to enable sellers to quickly adapt to the new EU regulations, Amazon launched the IOSS process for automatic fulfillment. All sellers need to do is provide relevant information about products and delivery, and the information about IOSS will be directly transmitted from the platform to the carrier, simplifying the seller's delivery process and saving time and effort.

Through this upgraded service, the platform will further protect the performance indicators of sellers and prevent the cancellation or suspension of sales rights. At the same time, by uploading tracking information and other specific services, it will also play a "supervisory" role in timely following up on the logistics and delivery status, thereby optimizing the delivery chain. For this service upgrade, sellers can learn about the relevant information in detail according to their actual needs and then decide whether to use it.
