Amazon US products are synced to other sites with wrong prices, and sellers are miserable...

In order to expand the market and traffic, every Amazon seller will establish international product information on multiple sites. By adding product information across multiple shopping malls and synchronizing pricing, the seller's goal of selling products globally can be achieved.

While sellers can quickly add large amounts of product information to other shopping malls, Amazon will help sellers manage product pricing between shopping malls through automatic update functions based on the seller's settings, saving sellers time.

However, just yesterday, there was a phenomenon that global sales were synchronized with the US site price, which caused sellers to have abnormal sales. The editor obtained the following information through the sharing of sellers on the Amazon official forum.

One seller said that there was an unpredictable situation with the price of his products, which caused customers to place multiple orders in batches at very abnormal prices in a very short period of time, and they were unable to find out the cause of the problem.

The seller's Mexican inventory was just shared from the US site yesterday, and two ASINs already existed in the Mexican site before the global sales site was opened. During the opening process, the seller only created it and did not ship or sell it. However, when the seller discovered it, the inventory had already been sold, and the global sales progress opened by the seller had not even been reviewed.

In just ten minutes, the seller's products were sold out at the wrong price. However, other linked products shared to the Mexican site had the correct exchange rate and were not affected.

Another seller synchronized the products sold through the Global Sales US site to the Mexican site. Some products had different prices, which caused the inventory to be cleared in a short period of time. In addition, the prices of the two products with incorrect prices were not marked according to the actual prices. This seller also had the problem of selling out the products before they passed the review.

There may be a problem with the system that synchronizes Amazon's global sales with the US site. The editor would like to remind everyone that when synchronizing products with global sales, you must pay more attention to the status of your products to avoid unnecessary losses.
