Amazon takes action again, a large number of stores are closed in the early morning!

After a large number of sellers’ stores were shut down some time ago, Amazon has taken action again. From big sellers to small sellers, these repeated closures are enough to prove that the news that Amazon wants to overhaul its business is not groundless.

A large number of sellers who received emails had their stores closed

At 10 pm on July 2, Beijing time , a large number of sellers reported receiving an email, and then their stores were directly closed and their products were removed. The number of sellers whose stores were closed ranged from a few to more than a dozen. The fact that all of them were closed in a short period of time made people panic.

Regarding the reason for the account being blocked, the sellers said that they all received the same email with the title "Your Amazon selling privileges have been revoked". The content of the email showed that they had violated the relevant terms of Amazon's product services, namely the relevant policies on manipulating reviews.

Different from general warning emails about fake orders, this email did not ask the seller to provide the fake order process, order number and related information, nor did it say to suspend the account or suspend the account after 72 hours. Instead, it directly sentenced the account to death - it was blocked, refusing to give the seller a second chance to appeal.

The account was blocked directly after receiving the fake order email for the first time

Some sellers revealed that most of the sellers who received emails about account suspension were sellers who received fake order emails for the first time. This means that Amazon did not issue a warning first and then suspend the account, but directly announced a death sentence .

Amazon's uncharacteristic move of directly sentencing the company to death also gave people something to think about.

Some sellers said that the thorough rectification of fake reviews on Amazon might be a warning launched by Jassy before he took office as the new official, to warn third-party sellers.

From the initial closure of many big-selling stores, to the removal of Zebao’s related brands due to small cards, to the recent account association incident, and to the current situation where a company was declared dead the first time it received an email about fake orders, each of these incidents makes people smell a hint of difference.

Sellers should pay attention and stay away from gray areas such as false orders and reviews, and keep a low profile to avoid being completely overturned by such incidents.
