Walmart launches '2-day free shipping' badge for sellers

Foreign media reported that Walmart recently announced a partnership with the global logistics platform ShipBob to display the "2-day free delivery" badge to Walmart Marketplace sellers using ShipBob , allowing them to enjoy two days of free delivery . Previously, Walmart also provided its own delivery service WFS.

 

In addition , ShipBob will continue to support Walmart Marketplace orders outside of the 2-day delivery program. It is reported that ShipBob said its fulfillment service is an "Amazon-like shipping experience."

 

Walmart said that this is a key strategy for Walmart and it is very happy to cooperate with ShipBob. Data shows that sellers with the "2-day free shipping" badge have increased their product conversion rate by 50%, greatly increasing sales.

 

In addition, on the Walmart platform, the 2-day free shipping badge can greatly attract buyers' attention, increase product exposure, and greatly increase sellers' competitiveness .

 

In addition, Walmart has also made other moves recently. American fashion retailer Gap recently announced its first home essentials brand , Gap Home , which will be sold exclusively at Walmart, including more than 400 products including home decor, tabletop, bedding and bathroom .

 

The Gap Home collection includes premium materials such as denim and chambray with unique finishes. The brand also offers sustainable products made from organic cotton and recycled materials.

It is reported that the series will be available to customers on Walmart shopping platform on June 24. Gap Home's seasonal and special series will also be released throughout the year.
