More than 100,000 baby products were recalled, involving multiple platforms!

For a long time, various product recall cases on various platforms have made sellers panic. Among them, baby products have become the "hardest hit area" of safety hazards, and one wave of recalls has not yet subsided when another wave comes!

More than 100,000 baby products recalled

It is reported that Target recently exposed a number of baby products that pose a choking risk , and baby choking incidents have occurred in all of them.

After the incident, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a notice to immediately recall more than 100,000 baby products related to the incident . The two products recalled this time are baby teethers and baby onesies . The number of products involved is huge and both have fatal risks.

The first product to be recalled is a baby teether , which is inspired by fireflies and has bright colors and cute shapes. The editor learned that this product is sold at Target in the United States and Hudson's Bay in Canada. The number of products recalled this time is as high as 61,210 .

Regarding this product, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission pointed out that the plastic wings of the teether may fall off, posing a risk of choking to infants.

So far, there have been 14 cases of the plastic wings falling off of the teethers sold , including one case of a baby suffocating as a result.

The second product is also a hidden danger. The number of this product recalled is 44,350. This is a baby jumpsuit with heart patterns on both knees . The "culprit" is these two inconspicuous small patterns.

The editor learned that the reason for the recall of this product is that the heart pattern at the knee is easy to fall off, which may cause suffocation to the baby. So far, more than 40 cases of the pattern falling off have occurred on this product, and one baby suffocated as a result.

Recall incidents are frequent, and baby strollers are also "hit by thunder"

It has to be said that baby products have been recalled frequently recently, and the number of recalls is not small. Sellers are suffering in their hearts ...

Some time ago, the Canadian Ministry of Health also issued a recall notice for baby products. The key products recalled were strollers , with a quantity of approximately 4,382 pieces.

According to the editor, these strollers were once sold on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Toys R Us , but have now been removed from the shelves.

It is not difficult to see that many baby products have hidden safety risks. Sellers of such products are walking on the edge of a knife and may step on a landmine if they are not careful. Therefore, sellers should be careful when selecting products, analyze and judge from all aspects, and be more alert when selling products to avoid losses.
