The integrated customer task force (TF) between the two companies plans to complete the integration of data on a total of 26 million customers around the time of the planned merger in July.
First, it established a data analysis system to examine customers' purchasing characteristics by life cycle and provide customized benefits and recommendation algorithms so that people of all ages can consume on the integrated GS retail platform and buy products that suit them .
In addition, a "single sign-on system" will be established, where consumers only need to log in once to use the various distribution channels of the integrated GS Retail.
Customers aged between 10 and 30 at convenience stores GS25 and health and beauty (H&B) operated by GS Retail account for 62% and 72% of all customers respectively.
On the other hand, the two companies explained that GS Home ShoppingGS has 81% of customers aged 40 and above, which complement each other.

On the 30th of last month , GS Retail started the trial operation of the two companies' integrated online shopping mall "Marketpo".
It is understood that GS Retail's online shopping malls "GS pressymall" and "ralabla", " Milkit Brand Simple Cook " and Dali Live, an organic mall specializing in organic food, have entered the market . At the same time, products from GS TV shopping's online shopping mall - GS shop can also be purchased .
Market share can download the beta version of the app from the Google Play Store , and the official launch is in July at the time of the merger.
In addition, GS Pay, a simple payment service exclusively for GS Group affiliates, is being prepared . Starting in July, it will first be applied to GS Retail's retail sites such as GS25 , GS Supermarket, Ralabla and other GS Retail's retail business sites and GS TV shopping.
