The Clovia team said that Bra-Bot can smoothly understand customer needs, use its proprietary CloviaCurve ™ Fit Test to recommend the most suitable size to users , and help customers find the right product , reducing transaction friction for online purchases of underwear and other clothing products. The Clovia team said that since the launch of the AI ​​robot, Bra-Bot has automatically handled nearly 35% of customer inquiries on the platform, and the rest that cannot be handled automatically will be seamlessly transferred to support supervisors for resolution.


 

Customers have shown a strong willingness to interact with Bra-Bot through Whatsapp and this is fast becoming the norm among millennials.
