eBay sellers please note that All Selling will move to a new page

Recently, eBay Ireland announced that eBay has now moved the Classic My eBay All Selling page to the Seller Hub seller center.

eBay said in the announcement that this will enable sellers to quickly view all active, unsold and sold listings on the new All Selling page in Seller Center. The new sales page will continue to allow sellers to effectively manage a large number of listings while providing additional features such as downloading reports.

eBay platform stated that starting from the announcement, sellers currently using the All Selling page will gradually be moved to the new sales page.

Many sellers said on the communication platform that they were not used to the new version and new page at first. However, many sellers are quite satisfied with the Overview, Orders and Listing functions. In addition, some sellers are currently quite satisfied with the Seller Hub function, which can provide them with a faster and more convenient user experience, and can also customize the display column of the section according to the needs of the seller.

More sellers expressed support for the changes made by eBay, but said it would take some time to transition and become familiar with the new sales page.

According to the platform, in addition to being implemented on eBay Ireland, this new regulation will also be released on eBay Canada. It is hoped that platform sellers will understand the latest situation as soon as possible and make a smooth transition.

In addition to this new regulation, eBay also notified a number of platform functional service updates in the spring of 2021, and will apply the updated functional service requirements to the platform's sites in multiple countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, and France.

eBay said that starting from May this year, the platform will automatically transfer the listings that have not been updated and adjusted in a timely manner to the relevant categories, and adjust the sellers' fees accordingly.

At the same time , eBay stipulated that the coded coupon tool will be updated starting in the spring, and the platform will launch coded coupons to sellers to officially replace the original uncoded coupon tool. Sellers can then provide this tool to buyers for order payment settlement.

eBay has also launched a new feature for automatic management of promotional listings, which will help sellers automatically add and remove listings from promotional activities and automatically adjust the advertising costs of all promotional listings based on the rules set by the seller.

In 2021, eBay platform introduced new features to help store sellers accurately grasp and attract buyers, and increase sales by sending targeted communication information to buyers.
