Sellers, please note! To join the Shopee official mall, you must meet these requirements

Shopee’s official mall is ShopeeMall. For Chinese sellers, Shopee’s official mall is a portal site that provides online sales experience for brand sellers, so there are certain requirements for the sellers who settle in .


If the seller has a high brand awareness in the local market (or has offline stores in the local market), then he can directly apply to join the official mall. Otherwise, he needs to meet at least one of the requirements in terms of store performance and brand image .


If the seller has an authentic LazMall store on the Lazada platform, the official mall requires the seller's price to be more competitive than LazMall's price, and the seller's LazMall store performance requirements in the past 30 days are as follows:


(1) Malaysia Station. The daily order volume is greater than 25 or the average daily transaction amount is greater than 5,000 Malaysian Ringgit.

(2) Singapore Station: The daily order volume is greater than 10.

(3) Philippines Station: The daily order volume is greater than 10.

(4) Indonesia. Daily order volume is greater than 150 (accepting orders from AliExpress, Tmall, etc.).

(5) Vietnam Station: The daily order volume is greater than 10.


If the seller does not have LazMall, the performance of the store on the Shopee platform in the last 30 days must meet the following requirements:


(1) Malaysia Station. The daily order volume is greater than 25 or the average daily transaction amount is greater than 5,000 Malaysian Ringgit.

(2) Singapore Station: The daily order volume is greater than 5.

(3) Philippines Station: The daily order volume is greater than 1.

(4) Taiwan, China. The daily order volume is greater than 1.

(5) Vietnam Station: The daily order volume is greater than 10.

(6) Indonesia Station. The net order volume in the previous month is greater than or equal to 30; the number of unique buyers is greater than or equal to 20.


In terms of brand image, sellers entering ShopeeMall must meet three basic requirements, namely, owning a Tmall flagship store, being an AliExpress gold seller, and having no less than 100 offline physical stores in China.


1. The seller has a Tmall flagship store


(1) You can enter the site if your score is 4.8 or above on the Philippines site.

(2) Apps with a score of 4.8 on the Malaysian site and more than 150,000 followers can join.

(3) Fashion, home furnishing and maternal and child brands can be included in the Indonesian site. Other brands that want to be included must meet two other basic requirements, namely, being an AliExpress Gold Seller and having no less than 100 offline stores in China.

(4) Fashion and home furnishing brands can be listed on the Thai site. Other brands must meet two other basic requirements, namely, being an AliExpress Gold Seller and having no less than 100 offline stores in China.

(5) There are no special requirements for other markets.

(1) Apps with a favorable review rate of more than 95% and a fan base of more than 150,000 on the Malaysian site can be admitted .

(2) There are no special requirements for other markets.
