Settlement process 1. Platform freight The seller needs to be responsible for the logistics costs from the delivery point to the platform's warehouse in China. All logistics costs are borne by the platform, and the platform promises sellers 0 international logistics fees.
Prohibited Products Ezbuy prohibits the sale of some types of goods: sellers are prohibited from selling products that are strictly prohibited by national laws; they are prohibited from selling products that are prohibited by local laws in the buyer's country; they are prohibited from selling products that are prohibited by the Ezbuy platform. Including but not limited to drugs, firearms and weapons, medical drugs, products that affect social security, chemicals, pornography and violence, tobacco and alcohol, currency, animals and plants, electronic products, items with political information, police supplies, etc.
How to deal with after-sales problems Unlike Taobao, Ezbuy does not have a 7-day no-reason return service. Sellers themselves do not need to contact customers, and the platform will provide customer service for after-sales service.
