A+ pages, also known as EBC (Enhanced brand content), were launched by Amazon in March 2017. A+ pages can use additional images and text to further improve the product description, such as adding unique brand stories, enhanced images and text introductions, which is equivalent to a graphic version of the product details page.
About A+ Content A+ content is only available to brand owners, but is not available for media, video, digital and book categories. Using A+ content will hide the previous plain text product description.
effect 1. Improve product ranking and the chance of being searched; 2. A+ pages can show consumers more product information through text, pictures, etc., thereby increasing sales. Amazon's survey results show that sales increased by 5%; 3. Rich product information will make customers think carefully before purchasing, thus reducing returns and negative reviews; 4. A rich brand story will encourage buyers to purchase other products under the brand and promote multiple purchases.
How to create A+ content Once you have completed the Amazon Brand Registry, you can create A+ content by following these steps: 1. Log in to the Amazon Seller Center backend, find the ad, and click the brand description in the picture and text section in the drop-down list. 2. Determine the product for which you need to create a page. Note that products are created using GCID, not UPC and EAN. 3. Choose a template. There are several templates for sellers to choose from in the settings of the Amazon A+ page. At the same time, you can also freely choose the layout after the template. 4. When adding pictures and text, be careful not to have too many pictures or too much text. The text can wrap and can be set to bold, italic, or underline, but HTML encoding cannot be used and the content cannot exceed 250kb. This is what sellers need to pay attention to. 5. Save, preview, and return to continue editing. 6. Preview and wait for approval.
