Q: What does custom curtains mean and why should I buy custom ones?

A: Custom curtains are made to fit your window size and decorating style. Curtains define the look of a room, in fact they make or break the beauty of a room. Therefore, it is important that your curtains or draperies are the perfect length and fullness so that it enhances the style of the room instead of blanding it. Designers and lifestyle editors refer to curtains as the soul of a room.

We know that custom sizing pricing at other retailers is unattainable, but we’re not because we started Barn & Willow to make quality home decor more accessible.

Q: Do you sell curtain rods and rings?

A: Yes, we do. We sell curtain rods, rings, and accessories that go with curtain rods. You can view our hardware collection. All of our curtains come with metal hooks that attach to the back of the curtain panel to hang from the rings. We provide 8 metal hooks for every 50" wide panel. For a 100" wide panel, we provide 16 hooks, and so on.

Q: Where do you source your sheets?

A: Our Belgian Linen collection is 100% made in Europe, from plants to yarn to fabric. We will provide all Belgian Linen products with the Linen Master Certified label. Our Belgian Linen collection is sourced from Europe and finished in a European Linen certified mill in India.

Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

A: All drapes and shades are custom stitched and shipped to you within 10 business days. For fabrics that are out of stock or in months with very high order volume, it may take longer. All other non-custom products ship within 2 business days.
