Xiazhi Technology Completes Pre-A2 Round of Financing
Recently, Xiazhi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiazhi Technology"), a commercial cleaning robot developer, completed its Pre-A2 round of financing, invested by Ivy Capital and Yibai Capital served as financial advisor.
It is understood that this is not Xiazhi Technology's first round of financing.
In October 2023, Xiazhi Technology completed its Pre-A round of financing with a financing amount of tens of millions of RMB. This round of financing was jointly led by Hongnuo Venture Capital, Rongyi Investment and Haisong Capital.
The cumulative amount of these two rounds of financing is nearly 100 million yuan, and the funds will be mainly used for Xiazhi Technology's product research and development, channel construction, and overseas resource investment.
Xiazhi Technology was founded in 2021 by Hou Weigui, the founder of ZTE Corporation, in Nanjing. The company focuses on the research and development of intelligent cleaning robots, mainly focusing on the two major technical directions of "commercial intelligent robots" and "3D vision + AI + 5G integration", and carries out product layout around commercial cleaning service robots, medical rehabilitation robots, and security inspection robots.
It is understood that Xiazhi Technology's main products include the Skywalker 50 indoor cleaning robot and the PilotOne commercial handheld floor scrubber.
Among them, Xiazhi Technology's first flagship product, the Skywalker 50 indoor cleaning robot, can be widely used in various commercial scenarios, such as ground cleaning in shopping malls, office buildings, hotels, hospitals, schools, conference centers, factories, warehouses, etc.
The PilotOne commercial handheld floor scrubber is mainly used in smaller spaces such as restrooms and restaurant kitchens, and can perform deep cleaning.
It is worth mentioning that in 2023, the PilotOne commercial handheld floor scrubber obtained the EU CE-MD Machinery Directive and CE-RED Wireless Equipment Directive compliance certificates, making it the first related product in China to obtain this certification.
After obtaining financing, Xiazhi Technology will deeply benchmark overseas market demand and launch more products and services.
"Renjie Intelligence" completed over 100 million yuan in Series A financing
Not long ago, the photovoltaic intelligent cleaning robot company "Renjie Intelligence" announced the completion of over 100 million yuan in Series A financing.
This round of financing was led by Hengxu Capital, followed by Yuantai Fund and Guoyuan Financial Holdings. Hillhouse Capital, which was the lead investor in the Pre-A round, continued to increase its investment in this round.
The funds will be mainly used for the research and development of intelligent robot products for Renjie Intelligent Photovoltaic Power Station and the optimization and upgrading of full-scenario cleaning solutions to meet the growing demand for intelligence in global photovoltaic power stations.
This is also not Renjie Intelligence’s first round of financing.
On December 28, 2020, Renjie Intelligent completed its angel round of financing. The amount of financing was not disclosed to the public. The investor was Renfa Investment.
On August 9, 2022, Renjie Intelligence completed its Pre-A round of financing with a financing amount of tens of millions of RMB. The investors were Hillhouse Capital and iFlytek Ventures.

Its main business is the research and development, production, sales and service of photovoltaic intelligent cleaning robots.
