Milly's FAQ Q: What is the MILLY return and exchange policy? A: We hope you love what you order and that your purchase brings a true #millymoment. We gladly accept eligible returns in new and unused condition within 30 days of receiving your package. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Refunds, less a $14.00 restocking fee per order, will be made to the original form of payment if selected. Restocking fees will be waived if store credit is selected. Items must not be worn, damaged, or altered in any way and all tags must be attached. Swimwear must be returned with the sanitary liner attached. Please note: All items marked Final Sale (ending in .99) are not returnable or exchangeable. MILLY reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the specific guidelines listed above. If the item does not meet MILLY's return requirements, it will be promptly returned directly to the customer. Not a perfect fit? MILLY will gladly exchange your qualifying item for a different size or color with no restocking fee.
