Q : How to apply for BKM Express?

A : If you are a cardholder, you can create a membership through the BKM Express web and mobile app without paying any fees. You need to add a card to conduct financial transactions with BKM Express. Click to become a member.

Q : I forgot my username/password?

A : If you have forgotten the email address you used as your BKM Express username; you can log in using your TR ID number. If you have forgotten your BKM Express account password; on the "Member Login" screen where the "If you forgot your password" option opens, enter your TR ID number or the email address you registered with BKM Express. A password reset code will be sent to your phone number and you can enter the code in the relevant fields and set a new password. A password update link for your BKM Express account will be sent to your registered email address.

Q : I can’t receive a confirmation SMS when adding a card?

A : In order to complete your card adding process, you must enter the verification SMS sent to you on the card adding screen. If you do not receive the BKM Express verification SMS, you can click on the Resend Verification SMS link to resend the SMS. The verification SMS is sent by the bank or e-money to the mobile number of your currently registered card. If you do not receive the verification SMS, you can contact the issuing bank to confirm your mobile number.
