Q: What institution name do customers see on their statements?

A: Customers who use the iPara payment service infrastructure and make purchases with Axess, Max and Card Finans debit and credit cards at our member merchants will see the phrase "IPARA website name" on their statements. When making purchases with other credit and debit cards, he sees the word "IPARA" on his statement.

Q: When was my application approved and why was it not approved?

A: If the required documents have been submitted in full, you can start using the iPara payment service within 1 business day. Your application will be reviewed by our relevant department. If it meets the specified criteria, our technical team will contact you and perform the integration process.

Q: Can I define multiple bank accounts?

A: Yes. You can define multiple bank accounts on the Define Bank Accounts screen. You can also specify a predefined bank account. If an account is defined for the store to be paid, then payments to you will be made to that account, if no account is defined, then payments will be made to your predefined account. You can make all these definitions from the Accounts page.
