In an announcement to sellers, Amazon said: “Our new Brand Story feature will allow sellers to tell their unique brand story to consumers through a section on the product detail page.”

 

"After the feature is officially launched, a 'From the Brand' section will appear on the seller's product details page, where sellers can share their brand story or share information such as their product advantages to showcase all aspects of their brand."

 

According to Amazon, the addition of the product story section is mainly to supplement the A+ page. The current A+ page mainly drives sales through product information.

 

However, adding brand information can not only increase the product transaction rate, but also allow consumers to have a further understanding of the brand, thereby increasing the stickiness between consumers and the brand.

 

However, this feature will only be open to sellers who have successfully passed brand registration in the future, so there is still a certain threshold.
