Don’t worry about account suspension! New account rating system launched in UK and Europe

Don’t worry about account suspension! New account rating system launched in UK and Europe

In the past few years, sellers' accounts have been suddenly blocked from time to time. To this end, Amazon has launched a more intuitive account health rating system that allows sellers to clearly see the status of their accounts.

It is understood that Amazon launched a new account health rating to sellers in the United States and Canada in August 2022, and now this rating system has also entered the United Kingdom, the European Union and Turkey sites.

Amazon said that the new account health rating system has added some new features that can more intuitively display the health of sellers' accounts.

“These new features will allow sellers to focus more on growing their business as it will free them from worrying about account health and store closures.”

Regarding the specific information of the new account health rating system, Amazon said that sellers will find that their account health rating (AHR) is displayed as a number from 0 to 1,000. In terms of color, the account health rating will be displayed from green ("healthy") to yellow ("risky") to red ("unhealthy").

If your account health rating is green (a score between 200-1,000 points), it means your account is not at risk of being disabled. If your account health rating is yellow (a score between 100-199 points, which means your account is "at risk"), your account is at risk of being disabled.

When a seller’s account health rating is shown in red (a score of 99 or lower), the seller’s account is either at risk of being deactivated at any time or has already been deactivated.

Amazon has started a 7-day preview period starting yesterday, where sellers can see their account health rating score and status and use it to resolve violations in their accounts to improve their scores.

During these 7 days, if a seller’s account health rating score is red or “unhealthy,” the account may be deactivated by Amazon.

Amazon said: " If your seller account is currently in "At Risk" or "Unhealthy" status, please resolve any outstanding issues affecting your score before the end of the 7-day period to avoid account deactivation. "

"If you have any questions or suggestions about the Account Health Rating system, please visit the Seller Forum and click on the Account Health category to share your thoughts. Our team of customer experts is always ready to answer any questions you may have."

After this new feature is launched in the UK and Europe, sellers need to check their account ratings in a timely manner. If there are any problems, they need to resolve them within 7 days, otherwise they may face the risk of account suspension.
