If you are located in an affected area and cannot ship, eBay recommends that you:

Communicate with your buyers and inform them of the situation.

If you anticipate delays, extend your processing time on your listing .

If your business is impacted, we will protect your seller rating, including:

Your late shipment rate.

Your valid tracking upload rate.

A situation of “goods not received” due to delayed delivery .

The impact of transactions you cancel.

Any relevant negative and neutral feedback will be deleted and will not affect your service indicator rating.

Please note: You may see delayed shipments due to weather events in Seller Central, but these will be removed before your next Seller Performance Review and you do not need to contact Support at this time.
