Recently, in order to consolidate its market position in Russia, Joom has established a partnership with local payment service provider Worldline , so that Russian sellers and buyers can have more payment methods. Worldline itself also plans to expand into Europe and Greece. Earlier this week, it announced the acquisition of Eurobank Merchant Acquiring, which operates in Greece and has a 20% market share in the Greek acquisition market . The cooperation with Joom provides Worldline with an opportunity to enter the European market.
In addition, Joom has recently launched a new service, Joom Logistics, in Europe and South Korea , continuously expanding its market scope.
