1. Return shipping is free for orders shipped to the following countries:

Australia; Canada; Europe; United States.

2. To return an item, please use Boux Avenue's return portal to print a return label, or request a return via email, making sure to provide the order number and email address associated with your order in the email.

*Please note that free returns are not available in Switzerland and Norway.

3. Please note that taxes and/or duties applicable to customer orders are not refundable. Boux Avenue will send an email to confirm that the returned merchandise has been received.

6. Violate the interests of Boux Avenue;

7. Competitors or rival companies;

8. Engage in fraudulent activity, including misusing coupon codes offered specifically for other publishers.
