Officially awarded! Lazada service ecosystem welcomes 21 service providers

On November 29, the Lazada official service provider awarding ceremony was successfully held at the Guangzhou Ali Center . The event invited Lazada Business Director Baker, Lazada Business & Ecosystem Director Yue Yun (Fei Qinqin) as well as service provider representatives and social media to attend the event, and officially awarded 21 Southeast Asian cross-border e-commerce service providers .

 

 

This event aims to integrate the internal and external demands of the Lazada platform, link more high-quality Southeast Asian cross-border ecological chain resources, further upgrade Lazada's Chinese cross-border merchant overseas expansion plan, and realize the beautiful vision of allowing every Chinese merchant and brand to truly realize worry-free overseas expansion.



During the event, Yue Yun (Fei Qinqin), head of Lazada's business and ecology, shared his views on how to build a cross-border green ecology in Southeast Asia with the theme of "Lazada's New Ecosystem". He said that Lazada's new service market will be officially launched this month, when Lazada will have more ports, starting from multiple dimensions such as operations, training, marketing, tools, and infrastructure, and working with many high-quality service providers to jointly build a full-link cross-border ecological service for platform merchants.

 

At the meeting, Yue Yun (Fei Qinqin) also announced the future win-win strategy for the ecosystem and the direction of the platform. Next, Lazada will work with more ecosystem service providers to enter the industrial belt, help the industrial belt and brand merchants to go global, and let the ecosystem service providers take on more platform projects. At the same time, the recruitment entrance for ecosystem service providers will be opened to allow more high-quality service providers to participate in the construction of the platform ecosystem , empower merchants to go global, and achieve the common prosperity of merchants and the ecosystem.

 

 

Lazada’s new overseas ecosystem helps Chinese merchants expand into Southeast Asia

 

According to the Southeast Asia Digital Economy Report 2021, Southeast Asia will have an increase of 40 million Internet users in 2021, accounting for 75% of the population. And in the near future of 2025, the scale of Southeast Asian e-commerce is expected to grow to US$234 billion. With such favorable Internet development, domestic merchants' demand for going overseas to Southeast Asia is increasing, and going overseas to Southeast Asia has become a trend for domestic merchants in cross-border trade.

 

Against this backdrop, Lazada has launched the 2022 Ecosystem Service Provider Plan, which aims to attract many high-quality Southeast Asian cross-border service providers in operations, training, SAAS software, ERP, live streaming, and overseas warehouses through the Lazada Service Marketplace . While providing merchants with more cross-border solutions, it also enriches the depth of Lazada's diversified services. From the perspective of the platform, Lazada will also bring more project resources and traffic exposure to service providers.



At present, the first batch of certified and settled service providers are mainly divided into two types: merchant incubation and operation training. In the future, more cross-border operation service providers, third-party ISV tools, social media ecosystems, supply chain service providers, overseas local service ecosystems and other partners that meet the settlement conditions will be attracted to join in, to jointly create a healthy and complete Southeast Asian cross-border service provider ecological matrix.

 

 

Lazada Service Center will continue to invest more energy in business, promotion, products, etc. to standardize the service provider management mechanism, functionalize the seller's contact and fulfillment, diversify the service types , enhance the connection ability between merchants and service providers, and improve the operating efficiency of service providers.
