Wish Releases Wish Standard Program Seller Performance Guide

Wish Releases Wish Standard Program Seller Performance Guide

Recently, according to foreign media reports, Wish Standards (Standard Plan) was officially launched. The Wish Merchant Platform and Merchant Plus Platform have successively launched the Wish Standards performance page to help sellers gain an in-depth understanding of store operations and product data.

Wish said: "While Merchant Stand provides sellers with incentives to improve performance, we also recognize that Wish needs a stronger and more comprehensive program to complement performance rewards, provide transparency about merchant expectations while advocating trust between buyers and sellers, and thus enhance the Wish shopping experience. The Wish Standard Program is a major initiative that represents our long-term commitment to rewarding excellent merchant performance and demonstrates Wish's determination to comprehensively improve the quality and health of the Wish ecosystem for sellers and buyers."

Wish pointed out that sellers can log in to the Wish Merchant Platform or Merchant Plus Platform and select "Wish Standards" in the upper left corner of the screen. Currently, there are four levels of Wish Standards for sellers: platinum, gold, silver, and bronze. If the seller is a new merchant, or an existing merchant who has not reached 50 mature orders in the past 90 days, this section will show "unrated".

It is reported that if sellers want to join Wish Standards, they need to have at least 50 mature orders in the past 90 natural days, and if they want to reach the Wish Standards "Platinum" level, they need to have at least 100 mature orders in the past 30 natural days. (Mature orders: orders that Wish believes have been long enough to accurately evaluate order fulfillment status and user satisfaction. The maturity time of each order may be different.)

In addition, sellers who join Wish Standards can also enjoy three major benefits: commission rates and discounts, more exposure, and premium merchant badges and logos; the higher the level of the seller, the better the benefits.

Wish said that the commission rate and discount benefits will be announced in the next few months. The exposure benefit is to increase the exposure of sellers' products. Products of "Platinum" and "Gold" level sellers will be ranked higher in the Wish app and Wish web version , the exposure of products of "Bronze" level merchants may be reduced , while the exposure of products of "Silver" level merchants will be almost or completely unaffected .

As for the Premier Merchant badge and logo, it means that "Platinum" and "Gold" level sellers will receive the "Premier Merchant" badge and logo on the Wish website and Wish app , indicating that the service quality and product quality of their stores are both superior, thereby attracting buyers.
