What is Seller Hub? Seller Hub Review, Features

Seller Hub is a new seller sales tool launched by eBay in 2016. Starting from the second half of 2016, it is available for free trial to all sellers.

About Seller Hub

Seller Hub replaces Selling Manager and Selling Manger Pro, which sellers used before. It can not only display the detailed information of seller accounts on the same page, improve order management efficiency and save sellers’ operation time, but also help sellers achieve sales growth more intuitively through two special functions: “Performance Account Performance Analysis” and “Growth Account Optimization”.

Function Introduction

Seller Hub consists of six parts: Overview account overview, Orders order page, Listing details management, Marketing promotion tools, Performance account performance analysis, and Growth account optimization.

1. Performance account performance analysis

The "performance" department is mainly responsible for evaluating the overall performance of the account in five aspects: Seller level (seller rating overview), Sales (sales report analysis), Selling costs (sales cost report), Traffic (traffic data analysis), and Impressions (exposure analysis).

2. Growth account optimization

The "Growth" department is mainly responsible for providing corresponding services to sellers in terms of Listing improvements (listings to be improved), Sourcing guidance (product category trend guidance), and Restock advice (inventory replenishment suggestions).

3. Overview Account Overview

“Overview” uses the same interface to help sellers improve navigation and order management, saving sellers’ operation time.

4. Orders page

"Orders" helps sellers check their sales status, manage orders of different statuses, and easily manage orders in batches. It can retain sales status for up to 90 days.

5. Listing details management

The "Listings" feature is used to manage existing online products in batches and to list products more easily.

Advantages

1. View the overall status of your business in real time.

2. Manage all merchant information and orders.

3. Get sales and traffic reports.

4. Monitor the store’s current performance.

5. Global shipping plan.

6. Get professional guidance to help you expand your business.
