The seller said that the problem was that the price of the product could only be displayed when consumers searched for it on the store and clicked on it. In addition, the seller also reported problems with the backend tools in setting up and running sales functions: The calendar in the "Sales and Coupons" section of the Etsy platform backend does not allow sellers to schedule sales dates after September 4, but the Labor Day promotion will last until September 7. In this regard, the platform explained that this requires sellers to enter it manually. For several issues that occurred this time, the seller said that Etsy issued relevant notifications, but they were not displayed on the Etsy status page.
