Hurry up and prepare your stock! Labeling fees for small and light goods will increase

Recently, Amazon UK released a new announcement, which will adjust the labeling fees for small and light commodities, effective from November 1st.

Currently, Amazon provides free labeling services for small and light products registered in the UK and Germany. After the policy update, the UK and Germany will no longer enjoy the free benefits.

After November 1, the small and light goods logistics label service in the UK will be adjusted to 0.08 pounds per piece, and in Germany it will be adjusted to 0.09 euros. The fee in France, Italy and Spain remains unchanged at 0.09 euros per piece.

Earlier this year , Amazon required every product participating in the FBA Small and Light program to have an Amazon label in the UK and Germany, and this requirement already existed in France, Italy and Spain.

Sellers need to print the labels themselves, or they can let Amazon do the labeling. If they do not meet the conditions, there will be a certain delay in inventory revenue. Sellers can qualify for sticker-free inventory if they use manufacturer barcodes to send inventory.

When the labeling policy was introduced, it caused widespread dissatisfaction among sellers. For small and light commodities, the inventory is usually large, and this adjustment will have an impact on sellers who use the labeling service.

"After the labeling services in the UK and Germany are no longer free, I may have to do it myself, which will cost a lot of time."

"If we want to use Amazon's labeling service, it will be a considerable expense for us sellers."

As the second half of the year is the peak sales season, sellers who use Amazon's small and light product labeling service should hurry up to prepare their inventory, preferably before November 1, to enjoy the last-minute discounts and save a lot of time and money.

In addition, Amazon recently launched a pan-European logistics plan for small and light commodities . Sellers' small and light commodities can also be included in the pan-European logistics distribution. At the same time, sellers can also use the manufacturer's barcode to transport and track the logistics information of the goods.

Amazon's policies on small and light commodities are constantly changing, and relevant sellers should also pay attention to the adjustments of Amazon's policies in a timely manner.
