Amazon to implement new “valid tracking rate” performance requirements across multiple sites
Amazon Global Selling stated that starting from August 9, 2021, Amazon's US, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Japan sites will implement new "valid tracking rate" performance requirements. At that time, any self-delivered orders that do not meet the requirements will be considered invalid tracking orders, and if the valid tracking rate in any product category is lower than 95%, the seller's sales rights for self-delivered products in this category may be restricted.
Shopee Pay now supports Cash on Delivery
According to Shopee's announcement, Shopee Pay's scan-and-pay feature now supports cash on delivery orders, and users can get up to 20% cashback before June 10. The specific steps to use this feature are: first, select cash on delivery as the payment method when placing an order, and select Shopee Xpress as the shipping option; second, users need to inform the Shopee Xpress rider of their preference to pay for cash on delivery orders through ShopeePay; third, click on the ShopeePay wallet and scan the QR code of the Shopee Xpress rider; fourth, enter the required transaction order amount and the corresponding ShopeePay PIN code; fifth, enjoy cashback after payment is completed.
Wish's total revenue in Q1 this year was US$772 million
On May 13, Wish released its first quarter financial report ending March 31, 2021. Shopee adjusts shipping fees for International Express channel in Thailand
Shopee announced that starting from May 16, 2021, the International Express channel shipping fee of Shopee Thailand will be adjusted. In terms of first weight, the shipping fee for new buyers in Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C will be adjusted to 22 baht, 29 baht, and 79 baht respectively.
