Officially launched on April 21! Wish A+ new logistics route is launched

According to the platform notification, the A+ logistics plan South Africa route will be officially launched from 2:00 a.m. Beijing time on April 21, 2021, and will be open to all Chinese sellers who have enabled the South Africa route .

It is reported that the A+ Logistics Program aims to fully help sellers improve their logistics performance and the overall Wish user experience. Starting from 2:00 a.m. Beijing time on April 21, 2021, sellers' orders from mainland China to South Africa on the "Unfulfilled Orders" page of the merchant platform will be automatically included in the A+ Logistics Program, and these orders will display the "A+ Logistics Program" logo on the merchant platform.

Sellers need to use one of the WishPost logistics channels, A+ Logistics Economy or A+ Logistics Standard, to fulfill South Africa-bound orders released after 2:00 a.m. on April 21, 2021 and marked with the "A+ Logistics Program" .

Wish has also set some standards for sellers to choose logistics that comply with regulations .

In a WishPost shipping order, if the order amount of each order , that is, "quantity*( product price set by the seller + shipping fee set by the seller ) " is less than US$10 , the seller can choose WishPost's "Ansupai Economy" or "Ansupai Standard" logistics channel.

In a WishPost shipping order, if at least one of the orders has an order amount (i.e. “Quantity*(Merchant-set Product Price + Merchant-set Shipping Fee)” greater than or equal to USD 10 , the seller must choose WishPost’s “Standard” logistics channel.

It is worth noting that for sellers who currently only need to provide product prices in RMB , the threshold value of the above logistics channel selection criteria is RMB 70 .

If a seller does not fulfill an order using one of the two required logistics channels, they may face penalties or other consequences for violating the policy.

Currently, the A+ Logistics Program to South Africa does not accept parcels with a declared value of more than US$15 .

Sellers must deliver the corresponding orders to the A+ Logistics Program warehouse according to the delivery address displayed on the Wish Merchant Platform and WishPost. Sellers must deliver the orders to the warehouse within 168 hours (7 natural days) after the A+ Logistics Program order is released .

Sellers can use one of Wish's approved collection logistics service providers (Yanwen, Wanse) or send the order to the warehouse by themselves.

All orders that meet the A+ Logistics Program conditions can enjoy the benefits of the program, but sellers must also comply with the Wish Merchant Terms of Service and all A+ Logistics Program merchant policies.

If the seller's products or stores are not suitable for participating in the A+ Logistics Program South Africa route for other reasons , they need to contact the platform . You can send an email to the designated email address and attach the reason for not being able to participate in this route.
