According to the platform announcement, Wish's overseas warehouse secondary warehouse has implemented a number of updates, which will make it more flexible . Fast delivery products sent to all destination countries and regions supported by Wish now have the opportunity to enjoy Wish Express benefits .
Wish said that in order to improve the flexibility and delivery capabilities of secondary warehouses , Wish is now implementing three updates to all newly created secondary warehouses .
The newly created secondary warehouse can now deliver to all destination countries and regions currently supported by Wish , but sellers need to enable the corresponding destination countries/regions in "Account" > "Delivery Settings" first .
The expansion of delivery coverage means that products that offer fast delivery services to all destinations supported by Wish will now have the opportunity to enjoy Wish Express benefits, including the orange truck icon and potential increased exposure .
As long as the "Maximum Delivery Days" set by the seller for the destination country is less than or equal to 5 working days (except for the 12 countries/regions listed in Merchant Policy 10.2), the products will be considered Wish Express products and enjoy Wish Express benefits.
This change is very friendly to sellers because previously Wish Express only supported designated destination countries and regions .
If the seller does not set the "Maximum Delivery Days" for each destination country/region for products in the secondary warehouse , the delivery days displayed to users will default to 5 business days (except for the 12 destination countries/regions listed in Merchant Policy 10.2), and these products will also be eligible for Wish Express benefits.
It is worth noting that if the seller's order cannot be confirmed as delivered within the "maximum delivery days" set for the corresponding destination country , according to "Merchant Policy 13 - Warehouse Fulfillment Policy", the seller will be fined and must bear the relevant refund responsibilities or the order payment may be withheld.
To help sellers better understand, the platform gives relevant examples. The seller sets the "maximum delivery days" for a product in the secondary warehouse to "4 working days" for Greece . Although Greece was not a country supported by Wish Express before, this product can now enjoy the benefits of Wish Express.
The seller sets the "Maximum Delivery Days" for a product in the secondary warehouse to "9 working days" for Brazil . "Merchant Policy 10.2" lists 12 countries with exceptions to the delivery time limit, and Brazil is one of them, with a delivery time limit of 10 working days. Therefore, the "Maximum Delivery Days" for Brazil meets this time limit requirement. This product can enjoy Wish Express benefits.
Newly created secondary warehouses can now deliver to any number of destination countries, as opposed to previously only being able to deliver to one destination country or a specific group of European countries.
Sellers can now set region-level Maximum Days to Delivery and shipping rates for products in secondary warehouses , currently limited to supported regions in Australia, Brazil, France, Spain, and the United States . Wish Overseas warehouse Wish Express |
