What is iSHARE? iSHARE Review, Features

iSHARE was founded in 2018 by Chen Mingyan, a social version of Amazon. Its platform operating logic is the same as Amazon, but its core gameplay is similar to that of domestic social e-commerce platforms.

Creation Origin

iSHARE, a cross-border e-commerce platform officially launched in November 2018, has adopted the "social model" in the US market. At the beginning of the company's establishment, it also launched its independent website iSHARE like.com. At present, iSHARE has multiple channels including computers, mobile phones and offline stores, with hundreds of thousands of platform users and nearly 10,000 daily active users.

Mode Introduction

  • iSHARE is open to both domestic and overseas markets. Domestically, its platform mainly serves as a sharing platform for merchants, entrepreneurs and college students. Overseas, iSHARE’s target consumer groups are mainly college students, white-collar workers and housewives.

  • Sharers on the iSHARE platform can share through relevant social channels such as WeChat, Facebook, BBS, You tube, Instagram, etc. Sharers do not need to stock up or purchase goods. They can start a business with zero cost and zero threshold, and can sell products of any seller on the platform.

Profit-sharing model

iSHARE adopts a two-level distribution model of "saving money for personal use and earning money by sharing". In the first level of distribution, the sharer can get a 5% commission of the seller's sales, and in the second level, the sharer can get a 1% commission. Since the platform extracts 15% of the profit points from the seller and gives 5% to the sharer, this also means that the sharer can get 1/3 of the sales profit in the end under the two-level commission.

Invite users

The sellers on the iSHARE platform are all high-quality Amazon sellers with high store ratings and other relevant indicators who are actively invited by the platform. In this way, the platform does not need to provide sellers with training in product selection, logistics, and warehousing, and can take advantage of large sellers' multiple SKUs and the number of popular products. In addition to adopting an invitation-based seller policy, iSHARE has also opened a small-scale entry application port to sellers.

Profit Model

The iSHARE platform's profit comes from two main sources: one is collecting commissions from sellers, which is used as the difference in profit after the back-and-forth commissions; the other is the sale of advertising space.
