Development History

-In June 2015, Japan's Onward Holdings and Laox announced on the 22nd that they would jointly invest in a new company to design and sell clothing, mainly selling "Made in Japan" products to Chinese consumers.

-In July 2015, Luo Yiwen, the representative director and president of Lexus Co., Ltd., announced at the meeting that Lexus will cross over into the apparel field and reach a basic agreement with Japanese apparel retail giant ONWARD HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Onward) to establish a joint venture for the design, production and sales of lifestyle products such as fashion clothing.
