Therefore, if companies do not want to be at a disadvantage in the competition, they must secure investment funds to avoid falling behind.
Curley , manager of Market Curly, said that he started considering going public only after seeing the Coupang case recently .
It is reported that Curly's CEO Seul-A Kim mentioned the listing of Coupang and the sale of eBay Korea at the meeting , revealing a sense of crisis , and announced the listing plan to team leaders or higher-level employees on the 26th .
"The domestic e-commerce market is expected to be restructured by large companies, so if we don't push forward with the listing this year, we may fall behind in the market," said CEO Jin.
Curley believes that the current domestic and international IPO market conditions are good, coupled with economic growth, performance has improved, so he believes that now is the best time to go public.

Last year, Tmon selected Mirae Asset Daewoo as its IPO manager and entered the listing process. Last month, it attracted 35 billion won in investment and eliminated its capital deficit.
