Wish Logistics News: Sellers whose logistics orders have been cancelled can re-release fulfillment

The Wish platform issued a relevant announcement regarding orders with canceled logistics order numbers on November 7, 2020 Beijing time . The announcement stated that on this basis, in order to further help sellers properly manage orders with canceled logistics order numbers (based on WishPost logistics records), the platform has launched some new functions.

Previously, these features were only available to some sellers , but are now fully available to all sellers in mainland China . The new features are as follows, for orders released after 0:00 am on March 4, 2021 (Beijing time ):

1. If the order tracking number is cancelled within 25 calendar days of the initial release of the order, Wish will release the order to the seller again , and the seller can re-fulfill the order using new valid logistics information (a new logistics tracking number must be provided).

It is worth noting that according to Platform Merchant Policy 5.1, sellers must mark the order as shipped within 5 natural days from the date the order is re-released .

The re-released order will be displayed on the "Orders" > "Pending" page of the merchant platform , and the "Logistics Order Number Cancelled" sign will be displayed under "Order ID" .

2. If the order tracking number is cancelled 25 calendar days after the order was initially released (including 25 calendar days), Wish will automatically refund the order to the user .

At the same time , the above content also applies to A+ logistics plan orders . Specifically:

For A+ Logistics Plan orders that are re-released due to the cancellation of the logistics order number by the cooperative logistics service provider , the "A+ Logistics Order Number Has Been Cancelled" sign will be displayed , and the order will be removed from the A+ Logistics Plan. Sellers can ship the order directly through WishPost.

Sellers can view the user's shipping address on the "Orders" > "Pending" > "Order Details" page, or under the "Orders" > "Pending" > "Deliver to" column.

A+ Logistics Program orders that are re-released due to the seller canceling the logistics tracking number will show the "Logistics tracking number canceled" sign. The seller still needs to treat it as an A+ Logistics Program order for fulfillment.

If sellers need to know more about the above new features, they can go to Wish backend for inquiry
