What is Ninja Van? Ninja Van Review, Features

Founded in Singapore, Ninja Van is a technology-driven "last mile" logistics operator that provides convenient delivery solutions for businesses of all sizes. The company operates a parcel express network in 6 markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Founding Background

The birth of Ninja Van is a product of the times. It is understood that its founder Li Changwen once founded a men's clothing brand called Marcella, but the unreliable express delivery service caused the package delivery to be delayed or lost. As a result, several founders came up with the idea of establishing Ninja Van to solve the logistics problems encountered by e-commerce. In their view, when there is a problem with delivery, customers cannot contact the courier and can only wait for the package to arrive - this is not true e-commerce.

It was precisely because of personal experience of the difficulties in logistics fulfillment that Ninja Van built an overall delivery model based on e-commerce needs from the very beginning, choosing to invest in building a fleet, logistics warehouses and networks to provide efficient and reliable delivery services.

About Ninja Van

Ninja Van is committed to revolutionizing the logistics industry in Southeast Asia through a technology-driven delivery system. With advanced technology solutions and deep e-commerce knowledge, the company hopes to provide a simple and seamless logistics service for corporate partners and consumers.

Ninja Van is one of the fastest growing logistics companies in Singapore. Its main customers are e-commerce companies. Its advantage is that it uses algorithms to provide the best logistics routes, allowing logistics staff to deliver goods to recipients in the shortest time. At present, in addition to Singapore, the company's business mainly covers five major markets in Southeast Asia, namely Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

Logistics operation model

Ninja Van provides tailor-made solutions for companies that want to enter Southeast Asia through innovative technology and algorithms. The business process is driven by proprietary cloud-based technology, which optimizes traditional logistics processes from uploading orders, picking up goods at the first leg to delivering the package to customers. This is the key to the efficient, flexible and scalable services that Ninja Logistics can provide. At the same time, e-commerce customers can follow up on the status of the package at every stage, and analyze the business with big data such as reasons for failed signatures and timeliness. Technology-driven development has enabled Ninja Van to gain a unique place in the Southeast Asian market and continue to create success.
